Christmas part 3-- group gifts

After the boys, Yana read a note left by Santa telling her an elf named 'contractor' would be building her a brand new bed.   Also told the kids that he enjoyed giving them the Great Wolf Lodge trip early.  After reading, they were ready to open the group gifts for all the kids.

Yana, reading the letter left by Santa.

Everyone half way listening.  Shoot, maybe if they'd have slept in, this would have seemed more interesting.  I just now realized two of my boys are shirtless.

Max opening up the first group gift...an ice cream maker!  Though, we'd need a few more of these to actually produce enough ice cream in one setting.  LOL.

Nik, opening up a group gift.  A new Wii remote!  Great since ours are broken.

Santa must have known what he was doing as we got two new Wii remotes and two new numchucks.

And we even got a cool new Wii drawing pad.  Much harder to do than I originally thought it would be.

Alex opened a box of popcorn.  Logan opening up a Ripley's Believe it or Not book.  We get these every year and are totally grossed out every year by it.  Yet, they love it and read it.

A couple more odds and ends for group gifts.  The Mask movies, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and an Ice Age Christmas.  Some nice group gifts they'll all use.  Greatest group gift of all was indeed the Great Wolf Lodge trip last month.  Next posts will be the girls' group gifts and the boys' group gifts.

Tomorrow, we have many errands to do.  Haul off trash, bank, stamps, return a few items, Goodwill drop off, and a few other things.  Busy tomorrow but hopefully productive.  One day this week, not tomorrow, we're going to our friend's farm.  Field trip of sorts.  And visiting of course.  Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas.  After ten posts today, time to retire this evening and finish up a few thank yous.  Other than getting up at o'dark thirty this morning, it wasn't a bad day.  More to come.  Have a relaxing and wonderful evening everyone.
